Return Policy
- We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products, subject to the following conditions:
a) For individuals, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products if you discover any defects or damages.
b) For businesses, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the products if you discover any defects or damages.
c) To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@ledalo.com.
d) Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. - If you do not inspect the delivered goods within the applicable return period (14 days for individuals, 7 days for businesses), it will be assumed that you have accepted the delivery.
- Defects in a part of the delivered goods do not give the right to reject and/or withhold payment for the delivered products.
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned products before issuing refunds or replacements.
- The client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Upon receiving the returned products, we will assess the condition and process the refund or replacement accordingly.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Products that are specially ordered for you, such as customized items or bulk orders, cannot be returned.
- You can return goods that are covered by the warranty period in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
