Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay for the goods you have selected on our website. We acknowledge the receipt of your order by sending you an automatically generated email accepting your order. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please let us know immediately. Your confirmation email is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. Invoices are sent with the goods. If we are unable to fulfill part or all of your order (due to having sold out for example), or if there is an error in your order, we will advise you as soon as possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfill, we will immediately refund you by the same method of payment.
Prices and Delivery Costs
All prices shown on the product pages exclude VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
If the client does not pick up their package and the order is returned to us, the client must pay for both the return delivery and the cost of resending the package. If the client decides to cancel the order after failing to collect the package, the shipping costs for both the original shipment and the return delivery will be deducted from the total payment before any refund is issued.
Payment
- PayPal: the safest, fastest and easiest way to pay. You just need to link your PayPal account to your bank account, debit, or credit card.
- Important notice: For pallet or oversized shipments, PayPal payments are not accepted. Such orders must be paid by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Credit card: We currently accept major international credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Bank transfer: you will receive our bank details by email.
Right to Cancel
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, for example:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and will refund the total amount of your purchase.
