Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ledalo. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please read the following terms carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return any unused and unopened LED bulbs within the specified return period.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sealed goods: Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software: If the goods become unsealed after delivery.

Return Process

Contact Us: If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ledalo.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.

Packaging: Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective LED bulbs, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
